My dad's side of the family had their annual family Christmas party this past weekend and instead of having it catered everyone brought something. My sister and I decided to bring these ham biscuits my mom makes that are so delicious. These biscuits are good for snacking on at home or make a great party food that is inexpensive and very easy to make.
What You'll Need
(this is for 4 packs of biscuits, 40+ people...use less for smaller amount)
2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 white onion
4 packs Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb Ham
1lb Swiss Cheese
Preparation

Cut Hawaiian Rolls in half
Cut ham and cheese to fit biscuits
Mince up onion
Melt butter in a pan on stove on medium high heat
